The village of Eze is according to me the most present village on the French Riviera. It is a magnificent village perched on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. It is characterized by its medieval cobbled streets, its stone houses, its charming 12th century church and its ruined castle. It is also known for its famous exotic garden of Eze. Eze is also famous for its restaurants offering quality French cuisine and local specialties, as well as for the production of perfumes with the presence of the famous Fragonard perfume factory.

VISITE PLACES

  • The Château d'Eze, a medieval castle that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.
  • The Jardin Exotique d'Eze, a beautiful garden that features a wide variety of exotic plants and offers stunning views of the coastline.
  • The village itself, with its picturesque streets and historic architecture, including the Church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption.
  • The Fragonard perfume factory, where you can take a guided tour to learn about the history and process of perfume-making.
  • The Nietzsche Path, a trail that follows the route taken by philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche during his visits to Eze.
  • The local beaches, such as Eze-sur-Mer, which offer a chance to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea
